Cut off the skin. You want to cut to the flesh, so you can't just peel it.

With a sharp knife, cut down the middle of a section.

Slide your knife between the flesh and the edge of the section. Pull the flesh off, leaving you with a pretty section!

Do the same on the other side.

Work your way around until you are left with this.

Then you have a delicious easy to eat grapefruit!!
