Rosemary Lemonade

2 c lemon juice
1 c sugar
1 T dried rosemary
2 c boiling water
16 c cold water

Squeeze a bag of lemons, it usually makes about 2 c of juice. Boil water in a pot or tea pot. Add sugar to a heat proof bowl and rosemary to another heat proof bowl. Add 1 c of boiling water to each bowl. Stir sugar until the mixture is clear. Let rosemary steep for 10 minutes. Strain rosemary, pouring into a large pitcher. Strain lemon juice, pouring onto same pitcher. Add sugar. Mix with 14-16 c of water. Mix to your taste.
These were my three mixtures, waiting for the rosemary to steep and the sugar to cool.
