My mom made these for us this morning! Super easy:
Pancakes
2 c Bisquick
1 c milk
2 eggs
1 T sugar
1 c blueberries
Zest of 1 lemon
Stir ingredients just until blended.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a skillet at medium heat. Scoop about 1/4c of batter onto skillet for each pancake. Flip when bubbles on the pancake pop. Cook other side until golden. Top each with glaze.
Glaze
Juice of 1 lemon
Powdered sugar
Add powdered suger to juice until glaze is thicker. (This is why it is hard for me to follow and write a recipe, I learned from a cook who never measures anything she cooks. We just do it and put about that much in it! Love you mom!!)
