I have had an egg drop soup craving! After looking up a few recipes this is what I came up with.

Easy Egg Drop Soup
For 1

2 c water
1 package of chicken bouillon
1 T corn starch
1 egg
Dash of salt

Bring water to a simmer. Add bouillon and corn starch and whisk until dissolved. Salt to taste. In a small bowl whisk egg and salt. Slowly pour a stream of egg into simmering broth.

Enjoy!
This is the bouillon I like to use. I like to get the one with no sodium so I control how much salt I am eating.
