1/2 pineapple
1 mango
1 kiwi
1 red pear

Tropical acidic goodness!
This is a good snack or appetizer!

2 cucumbers
1 T apple cider vinegar
1/2 lime
1/2 t salt

Add vinegar, lime and salt to a qt size bag. Mix together with your hands. Thinly slice cucumbers, I like to use a mandolin. Add cucumbers to bag and coat them with mixture by shaking them. Refrigerate for 30 minutes - 3 hours. More than that and they get soggy.
I don't think I ever have to try a veggie smoothie again! Ha!

A handful of strawberries
A handful of grapes
A handful of Spinach
A handful of Kale
1 apple cored
2 carrots
1/2 c ice

Blend until smooth.

It tastes good but I have to chew it. I think I will strain it and see if it helps.
