This turned out fantastic and ALLL the chicken was devoured quickly. I wish I'd made more! It takes some time to make but it is worth it!!


Boneless Buffalo Wings
For 6
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c milk
1 c butter
1 c flour
1 T slap to mama

Trim any fat off chicken breasts and cut into 5-6 strips. Put chicken and milk in a galon size bag. Let marinate for at least one hour in the fridge. This keeps the chicken from drying out. If you want extra spicy chicken add 2 T hot sauce to milk and marinate for 2-3 hours.
Preheat oven to 400. Put a stick of butter in two 9 by 12 pans and put in the oven to melt. In a galon size bag, mix flour and slap yo mama. Add a few pieces of chicken at a time to the flour and shake the bag to coat well. Take pans out of the oven. Using tongs or clean fingers, put chicken in the butter and flip so each price is coated in butter. Bake in the oven for 20 min or until cooked through and golden on top. Mine never browned so I turned the broiler on for two minutes. I use this method to fry chicken pieces and cook it for 30 minutes flipping at 15 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes and coat in buffalo sauce.

Buffalo Sauce
1/2 c butter
1/3 c hot sauce
1/4 c ketchup
2 T honey

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Yogurt feta sauce

1 c plain Greek yogurt
1/4 c crumbled feta
1 t Natures Seasonings
1/2 t salt

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with wings.
