Blue Cheese Sliders

Meat:
2 T olive oil
1/2 onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 T slap yo mama
2 lb ground beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until onions are translucent. Add garlic and sauté for another minute. Let cool. Mix with meat and slap yo mama. Form into patties and put into a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Stack them with wax paper between stacks. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Buns
3 packets of active dry yeast
1 c warm water
1/4 c sugar
2 T vegetable oil
1 t salt
3- 3 1/2 c all purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, oil and salt. Let set for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 425. Slowly add flour until it forms a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface and kneed a few times. Cut into 12 slider sized buns or 6-8 regular sized buns. Form into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Let cool for a few minutes and use a serrated knife to cut the buns.
